- Charges (water, heating, tourist taxes and garbage cans):
€ 30 / night from June to September and € 40 / night from October to May for normal consumption. If excessive consumption based on an annual average, the owner reserves the right to claim the excess consumed.
- Flat rate of 20 € / vehicle / load for electric cars and camper vans.
- To take away: bath towels, toiletries, toilet paper, dish towels and dishwasher tablets.
- Pets, dogs, cats, … are not allowed
- Smoking in the house is also not prohibited such as student parties, bing, drinking,…
